Shipping Policy

Kari Mail currently ships within the United States only.

Ready-to-ship orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping time is additional and varies depending on the shipping method and carrier. Personalized orders may require additional processing time depending on the quantity and design.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with members of your household and nearby neighbors, then contact the shipping carrier. If the package remains missing, contact Kari for assistance.
